WHAT IS A REMOTE DECOR BOX, ANYWAY?
An RDB is a budget-friendly way for you to work with Fifth House Interiors without retaining us for our full-service offerings--and without us traveling to your space physically (Thanks, internet!). Each RDB project is undertaken with the intention to address your concerns, fit your budget and exude your style; we provide you with guidance, tools and information so that you can expertly source what we think will make your space feel fantastic and work for you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
First, you'll get in touch with us and we'll email a little bit about the room(s) in question. To create your RDB, we'll need for you to email us photos, (cell phone photos are just fine!) and exact room measurements (don't worry if you haven't done this before--we have a guide for you). Next, we'll send you a comprehensive style questionnaire that digs deep to bring out information about what your personal style currently is (even if you don't think you have one, you do--we'll find it together). We establish a shopping budget, confirm a timeline, and set off creating a thorough design plan for your space. The RDB contains space planning slides (showing the exact layout of your space and a to-scale representation of where the furniture will go), room slides (showing the vision and concept of the room so that you can visualize the finished product and see how everything works together as a whole), and an itemized shopping list so that you can easily purchase everything we're recommending for your space. When possible, we'll also include fabric samples, paint samples, and other samples of materials where appropriate. We love seeing after-photos, and will keep in touch throughout and after the project to answer any questions you may have.
